Chicken Chimichanga Dip: Creamy spicy and so delicious party dish.

Chicken Chimichanga Dip

This is a very easy dip recipe to make for any party. You can replace the can green chilies for fresh jalapenos. And instead of 1cup mayo, you can reduce it to 1/2 cup mayo and 1/2 cup sour cream to make lighter. Best served with chips or crackers.
Ingredients
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 packet spicy taco seasoning
  • 1 small can green chilies
  • 1 small onion, chopped finely
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 (16 oz.) package shredded Mexican cheese mix
  • 2 large cans chicken breast white meat
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix cream cheese, mayo, taco seasoning, chilies, onions and garlic.
  3. Add 1/2 the cheese and mix.
  4. Add the chicken and mix well.
  5. Place in an ovenproof glass dish.
  6. Top with the remaining of the cheese.
  7. Bake until the cheese is bubbly about 20 minutes.
  8. Serve with tortilla chips or favorite crackers.
