- 2 eggs
- ½ cup vanilla soy milk
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon grated nutmeg
- cooking spray
- 5 slices multi-grain bread, сυt іn half
- maple syrup οr аnу fruit jelly
Instructions
