   I use this cookbook at least once or twice a week. I love that the recipes are simple and often with food that’s already in my kitchen. I’m even able to impress my Italian boyfriend, who can be a bit of a food snob. I see that there is an Easy Thai Cookbook by the same author, so I will definitely be purchasing it next.
