Recipe: Grilled flank steak: So easy and so good.

Summary: Flank steak is a lean and flavorful cut of meat that you need to cook it on high heat for a few minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds flank steak
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  •  4 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  •  1/3 cup olive oil
  •  salt and freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle the flank steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2.  Combine garlic, lime juice, cilantro and oil.
  3.  Marinate the meat for 2 hours or overnight.
  4.  Cook on a high heat  for 6 minutes on each side.
  5.  Cover for 5 minutes.
  6.  Cut into thin slices against the grain and serve.
  7. You can make extra of the marinate and use as a dip for the steak.
