Not pleased with this cookbook,
I purchased this cookbook because my young daughter has iron-deficiency anemia. We live in the US and this cookbook had all recipes and ingredients from India–most of which I had never even heard of, and had no idea where to purchase. It only had a couple “international recipes” (meaning American) in the back of the cookbook that I knew what the ingredients actually were. I would not recommend this cookbook for an average-cooking American mom.
