Ingredients
- 1 pond fresh or frozen peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1 cup teritaki sauce
- 1/3 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1 teaspoon peeled and minced fresh ginger
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chuncks
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 2 cups long green beans, cut into 1 1/2 pieces
Instructions
- Mix together teriyaki sauce, pineapple juice, vinegar and hot sauce. Add the cornstrach and set aside.
- In a saucepan, heat the oil and saute the ginger. Add the pineapple chunks and green onion and cook until pineapple is brown. Add teriyaki-pineapple mixture and the green beans. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a separate heavy skillet, heat oil and saute shrimp until just turn pink. Add to sauce and remove from heat. Serve over rice and garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
