Summary: Very healthy and tasty vegetarian soup to have with any dish.
- 4 cups tomato juice
- 1 bay leaf
- ¼ cup chopped celery
- 1 onion, chopped finely
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons tabasco sauce
- Melt the butter, and cook the onions and the celery until soft. Add all the ingredients, and cook for 15 minutes on medium heat. Serve with croutons on top or your favorite bread.
