Whipped Wasabi paste: Easy spicy fabulous condiment for any grilled meats or vegetables.

Wasabi is an intense green root often described as Japanese horseradish. Usually comes in powder form. Mixing it with water, you will get a spicy taste paste that perfect with grilled shrimp or meats.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup heavy cream, cold
  • 1 tablespoon Wasabi powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon lemon juice
  • salt
Instructions
  1. Mix wasabi with 1 tablespoon of water to form a paste.
  2. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  3. Beat cream with an electrical mixer until soft peaks form.
  4. Fold lemon juice and salt.
  5. Adjust lemon juice and salt to your taste.
  6. Cover and keep in the fridge.
  7. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
