This pumpkin cake recipe is perfect and so good. You don’t need to shop for many ingredients. It freezes well, tastes even better the next day and to make it more delicious, top with cream cheese glaze.
- 1 box yellow mix cake
- 3 eggs
- 1 (15oz.) canned pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease 12” bundt pan.
- Combine cake mix, eggs, canned pumpkin and pumpkin spice in a large bowl.
- Mix until well blended.
- Put in cake bundt.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until done.
- Cool and serve with cream cheese glaze on top.
